There are many ways to get the MLM leads. There are lists that can be purchased. It can be done by posting an ad online or in the newspaper. A website can be set up with information about the opportunity. The first option is not likely to generate many good candidates. The lists will have many people on it who are not interested in this at all. The second will brings a response but since an ad doesn’t contain a lot of information, many people will not want to commit once they receive the information about it. The third is more likely to draw the real leads because these will be people who are really interested. To get the best candidates, it is necessary to interview them to determine if they are a good fit. The interviews can be done face to face in a formal setting or over the phone to save time. Many phone interviewed MLM leads will prove to be the wrong candidates because they are looking for a job, not a business.

Out of those who are interested there will be a couple who are truly the ideal candidates. These are the people who will be working on the same team for some time. It is great if they had business or marketing experience. They will be more familiar with the environment. Since it’s not just a simple job but a business opportunity they have to be ready to take on a role of a business owner. There are many questions the interviewer can ask to determine if the applicant is the right candidate. For example, if this person has a dream or a goal and wants to work toward reaching it. If they are just looking for a second job, this opportunity will not work well for them. They won’t put enough time and effort into it to succeed. Another question to ask is how they deal with challenges, success and failures. Their answers will give an idea whether they can take on this job. The best candidates out of all phone interviewed MLM leads can be invited for a second interview that is done face to face. 

This is a very time consuming process. Out of dozens, sometimes hundreds, of phone interviewed MLM leads there will be five or ten ideal candidates. The challenge is to find them. But these will be the best ones to work with for many years.
